Melissa provides assessment and therapy services for individuals and groups. At present she is primarily consulting in the area of reproductive health. She assists people experiencing difficulty conceiving, pregnancy loss, donor conception, surrogacy and other and pregnancy-related issues such as pregnancy-related anxiety and post-natal depression.
Melissa is trained in cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, family and systemic therapy, motivational interviewing, and hypnosis. The exact combination of therapeutic approaches used will be determined based on each client's individual needs.

Pregnancy-Related Support - Melissa provides services to assist women with pregnancy-related concerns which may include non-directive support to explore options and make decisions about pregnancy, adjusting to unexpected outcomes (such as miscarriage, stillbirth, genetic conditions, birth-related problems, SIDS), exploring and processing emotions related to pregnancy, birth or early parenthood, grief and loss issues, and post-natal depression.
In addition, Melissa provides educational presentations to organisations and provides supervision to other professionals.
